Good Sunday Morning. I hope that this is finding everyone well. Especially with the weekend winding down.
It starts the little sad tugs at my heart. The closer to Monday we get, the sadder I get.
We had such a fun and simple weekend this weekend.
Bug woke up sick Friday. That was the pits. He has such a weak tummy some of the time. He got a bit too hot in his sleep and just couldn't recover. Was ill all day. So, we had a day in bed together watching movies.
We spent a lot of time putting puzzles together, playing board games and card games too. It was, beside the bit of sickies, a wonderful weekend.
Bug doesn't usually have patience to sit and do much of anything. Most kids have puzzles mastered at this point. They are a new thing for him. He got a bunch from Santa Clause. He loves them. He thinks he is something else putting them together. Such a simple and fun pastime.
